Physiogic Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
At Physiogic, we strive to supply genuine, high-quality physiotherapy, rehabilitation, sports medicine, and fitness products. We encourage customers to carefully review product specifications, dimensions, compatibility, and suitability before placing an order.
By placing an order through Physiogic, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.
1. General Policy
All sales are considered final unless the product qualifies for return or exchange under the conditions stated in this policy.
Physiogic reserves the right to inspect all returned products before approving any return, exchange, replacement, store credit, or refund.
2. Eligible Reasons for Return

Wrong product delivered by Physiogic.
Product received with manufacturing defects.
Product damaged during transit (must be reported within the specified reporting period).

No other reason automatically qualifies for a return.

Laser therapy devices.
Infrared therapy devices.
Heating pads after use.
Cold therapy products after use.
Hygiene-sensitive products.
Compression garments.
Braces and supports after opening.
Tapes.
Bandages.
Exercise bands after opening.
Resistance tubing after opening.
Foam rollers after use.
Therapy balls after inflation or use.
Customized products.
Special-order items.
Imported products ordered specifically for a customer.
Clearance or sale items.
Gift cards.
Digital products.
Downloadable materials.
Training courses.
Workshop registrations.
Consultation fees.
Home physiotherapy services.
Clinic services.
4. Return Time Limit
Customers must notify Physiogic within 48 hours of receiving the order if there is:
Wrong item supplied.
Missing item.
Shipping damage.
Manufacturing defect visible upon delivery.
Requests received after 48 hours may not be accepted.
5. Condition of Returned Products
To qualify for return:
The product must be:
Completely unused.
Uninstalled.
Unwashed.
Undamaged.
Free from scratches, stains, odors, or signs of use.
In its original packaging.
With all manuals, accessories, warranty cards, labels, tags, and protective coverings intact.
Products that fail inspection will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
6. Unboxing Evidence Requirement
For claims involving:
Missing products
Wrong products
Damaged products
Broken products
Customers must provide:
A continuous unboxing video beginning before opening the package.
Clear photographs of the parcel.
Shipping label.
Product packaging.
Product condition.
Without sufficient evidence, Physiogic may reject the claim.
7. Customer Damage
Returns will not be accepted if damage results from:
Mishandling.
Improper installation.
Incorrect use.
Abuse.
Accidents.
Water damage.
Fire damage.
Voltage fluctuations.
Unauthorized repair.
Modification.
Negligence.
8. Change of Mind
Returns are not accepted for:
Change of mind.
Ordering the wrong product.
No longer needing the item.
Finding a cheaper price elsewhere.
Dissatisfaction after use where no defect exists.
Customers are encouraged to contact Physiogic before purchasing if they need guidance.
9. Exchange Policy
Approved exchanges may only be processed where:
Stock is available.
The returned item passes inspection.
The customer pays any applicable price difference.
Additional shipping charges, if applicable, are paid.
Physiogic is not obligated to exchange products due to customer preference.
10. Refund Policy
Refunds are only considered when:
A return is approved.
A replacement cannot be provided.
The ordered item is unavailable.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method where feasible, or another mutually agreed method.
Shipping charges, payment gateway fees, and other non-recoverable charges may be deducted where applicable.
11. Shipping Charges
Unless the error is due to Physiogic, the customer is responsible for:
Return shipping costs.
Secure packaging.
Insurance during return shipment.
Any courier handling charges.
Physiogic is not responsible for products damaged during return transit due to inadequate packaging.
12. Inspection Process
Every returned product undergoes a quality inspection.
Inspection may include:
Functional testing.
Physical inspection.
Serial number verification.
Tamper seal verification.
Accessory verification.
Packaging inspection.
Approval or rejection is based solely on the inspection findings.
13. Warranty Claims
Products supplied with a manufacturer’s warranty are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
Physiogic facilitates warranty claims where appropriate but does not extend warranties beyond those provided by the manufacturer unless explicitly stated.
14. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
Once dispatched, cancellation requests may be refused.
Special-order and imported products cannot be cancelled after procurement has commenced.
15. Fraud Prevention
Physiogic reserves the right to refuse returns, exchanges, or refunds where there is evidence of:
Fraudulent claims.
False damage reports.
Product substitution.
Tampering.
Repeated abuse of the return policy.
Misrepresentation.
Appropriate action may be taken where fraudulent activity is suspected.
16. Limitation of Liability
Physiogic’s maximum liability in relation to any approved claim shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the relevant product.
Physiogic shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses arising from the use or inability to use a product, except where required by applicable law.

18. Policy Updates
Physiogic reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of purchase will generally apply to that purchase unless otherwise required by law.
